CANCELLATION / RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The customer can return the products purchased from the online store within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Right of Withdrawal:

From the submission of the electronic order, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

The withdrawal statement is submitted in writing via Email to the store’s email address.

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply in cases where the products have been used.
